Phoenix Fan Fusion is seeking a Merchandise Manager
This is a paid, seasonal, part time position supporting the Fan Fusion merch booth and will report to AJ Hernandez.
This position is remote, work from home, with occasional in-person pre-convention meetings, and onsite work during the operation of Phoenix Fan Fusion. Onsite work will start on Wednesday morning before the show and will go through Sunday evening.
Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:
Participate in Merchandise design and planning meetings prior to the show
Contribute Merchandise ideas based on attendee feedback and sales trends
Organize and maintain merchandise team supplies and equipment
Hire and manage the team that runs the Merch booth at Fan Fusion
Organize the layout and manage the team through setting up the merch booth
Address customer service issues on site
Collect data on merch sales and attendee interest in products and product lines
Prepare reports for leadership to help steer merchandise decisions
Be available onsite for the duration of the show as well as load-in (Wednesday & Thursday before the show), and load-out (Sunday night after the show)
Hourly rate for this position is $15.70
