Phoenix Convention Center
The Phoenix Convention Center meets all ADA requirements with accessible entrances, activities, and events. More information can be found here: https://www.phoenixconventioncenter.com/ada-accessibility
The Phoenix Convention Center has Braille text on all elevators, meeting rooms, and bathrooms for those with vision loss.
Onsite Assistance
ADA identification stickers are available throughout the event to signal our staff when additional assistance may be needed. Stickers are available at all Redemption locations, at the North Building Information Desk, and the Exhibit Manager’s Desk in the Lower Level Exhibit Hall. Elevators are available and monitored by security.
ADA seating is available in 301A and 301BCD. These seats are marked with ADA covers and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot.
Queue Lines are made accessible to those in scooters, wheelchairs and other mobility devices.
Power scooters and wheelchairs will be available for rent to enhance your mobility and comfort.
Service Animals
Per the Phoenix Convention Center, Service Animals are allowed in accordance with ADA requirements. Per those guidelines only a dog or miniature horse that is “individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities” can be considered a service animal. Emotional Support or Comfort animals are not permitted.
