Exploring and shopping in our Exhibit Hall is the #1 activity and highlight of our attendees’ day, or entire weekend, at Fan Fusion. Our carefully curated Exhibit Hall and Gaming Hall (Game Tabletopia) are buzzing hubs where fandom comes alive, showcasing the very best of pop culture.

From Comic Books and Superheroes to Sci-Fi, Horror, Anime, Gaming, Fantasy, and beyond, we proudly celebrate the full spectrum of fandom. If it sparks joy, fuels imagination, or makes fans say “I need this,” it belongs here.

We’re looking to spotlight Exhibitors (vendors, artists, authors, creators, and dealers) whose products (and in limited cases, services redeemable onsite) fit these genres. Our goal? For attendees to leave with smiles on their faces and bags full of incredible finds they can only get at Phoenix Fan Fusion.

Please note: we do not accept multi-level marketing, cosmetics, toiletries (including bath or body products), or food-related vendors. The Phoenix Convention Center also has specific policies regarding replica guns, knives, swords, and live steel products.

EXHIBIT HALL

The main Exhibit Hall offers five types of spaces (prices do not include taxes and fees):

• Corner Booth - starting at $1599

  • All booths are corner spaces, we do not offer inline spaces in the Exhibit Hall

  • A 10ft x 10ft booth open to exhibitors, artists, authors, crafters, and creators whose work, product, 3D printed items, or services cover the pop culture genres listed above.

• Artist Tables - starting at $639

  • A 6ft x 8ft open to artists creating 2D art, prints, posters, sketches, and drawings.  Priority is given to those artists creating new sequential comic book art and stories, be it published, self-published, or a webcomic. Artist must be present all three days of the show.

  • Corner and In-line spaces available.

• Author Tables - starting at $519

  • A 6ft x 8ft  open to authors who have been published or are self-publishing. Booksellers who are selling others’ books without the author present are recommended to apply for an Exhibitor Corner Booth. Author must be present all three days of the show.

  • Corner and In-line spaces available.

• Creator Tables - starting at $639

  • A 6ft x 8ft open to artists, crafters, and creators who design and hand create their own goods and products for sale. This includes personally made sculptures, pins, key chains, jewelry, figures, etc. Mass produced or manufactured items are not allowed. Creator must be present all three days of the show.

  • Corner and In-line spaces available.

• Dealer Tables - starting at $639

  • A 6ft x 8ft open to exhibitors, collectors, and artists selling mass produced product, either items from their own comic book or toy collection, for instance, or their art that has been mass produced on products (such as mugs or t-shirts) where the artist has not personally screen printed the product themselves. Those selling 3D printed items would also qualify.

  • Corner and In-line spaces available.

Artist, Author, Creator, and Dealer spaces are sold as 6ft x 8ft spaces. However, the spaces are 6ft x 10ft. The two feet on either side of the pipe & drape must remain clear for Exhibitors to move in and out of their space. Corner options are limited and may not be available.

GAMe tabletopia

With content including tabletop, RPG, and card gaming, this will be Gaming HQ for our attendees. Game Tabletopia offers one type of space (prices do not include taxes and fees):

• 10ft x 10ft Corner Booth​ - starting at $949

  • Open to exhibitors, artists, authors, crafters, and creators whose work, product, or services cover at least 80% of the gaming genre. This can be tabletop gaming, board gaming, video gaming, etc.

Returning Exhibitor information was sent in September 2025. Applications and full payment were due by Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
